Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is trying to provide safe drinking water to the climate vulnerable underprivileged Sundarbans coastal community. From this point of view BEDS is trying to raise the required fund. Target grant of the project is 30,560$ for proving safe drinking water among approx 15000 villagers through desalination system, Solar Pond, Sand and Filter system, Rainwater Harvesting technique etc. So far, 34$ is raised from 3 admirable donors. We are extremely grateful to the donors for being with us. But we couldn’t start our project activities yet due to the deficiency of budget.
We are communicating with our proposed beneficiaries at a regular basis. We are at their side to provide them advices whenever they are in need. We have already shared the news with the community that three donors have donated to support the project and the communities feel really happy. But their problems remained the same. But it is you sir; the donors, who can make it possible to help the coastal people in order to provide them safe drinking water.
It is our respectful urge to the donors, please be kind to the deprived communities and be with them.
