FOREFRONT School is growing and moving to the next level (literally!). Below are exciting updates on how FOREFRONT’s education project is progressing to support 230 students currently enrolled between Pre-K and Grade 5.

Faculty and Student Highlights

As 2023 comes to a close, we are proud that FOREFRONT School is independently, self-operating with minimal support and oversight from FOREFRONT staff. This is largely thanks to the work of the school’s headmistress. The school faculty and staff are a tight-knit family that provides high-quality education. Seventy-five percent of students are the first in their families to attend school. This means that FOREFRONT is breaking the cycle of illiteracy and poverty within the surrounding community.

Second Floor Computer Lab Launched

During this year, FOREFRONT completed the full classroom structuring and installation on the school's second floor with the computer lab's official opening. The computer lab features 30 computer stations, enough for a full grade. Using the syllabus developed in the previous schools, students have started receiving instruction to improve their computer literacy skills.

Third Floor Planning

With the completion of the second floor, FOREFRONT is currently planning and fundraising to construct a third floor for FOREFRONT school. The third floor will serve students from Grades 7 to 10 and include an auditorium for school assemblies and gatherings. FOREFRONT plans to start construction in 2024. As you consider your year-end giving, we would appreciate your donations for this expansion to a third floor so we can continue to educate students beyond Grade 6.
