School Report 2024!
SHARE is a non profit that invests in underprivileged Children helping them to break the chains of poverty, through education.
We believe that no child should be forced to study outside, or in a dangerous environment. With access to a good education, children can escape poverty.
1. Academics!
Last year 2023, 14 student's of the school appeared in he PLE national examinations. 8 students passed in division one, scored 90% marks and 6 passed the second grade, scored 80%. Marks. The school stood among the best in the community.
With immense pleasure, I Iwould like to place on record that all our pioneer students of 2019 PLE are all in high school and are progressing well because of your single donations that gave them the opportunity to get supported education,
Four, 4 students from the batch of 2019, have topped thier class examinations in last term end of Year exam's 2023.
2. School, Classrooms Construction!
At the moment with your continued prayers and single, recurring payments each month since 2013, we have built 2 classrooms, small food store, teacher's shade, doubles at nursery children classroom, one toilet.
The benefiting poor rural children are receiving free primary elementary education from your sacrifices and Godsend support. A very big thanks again for the Hammerslag family, all their friends in UK, America and Australia.
The school was able to aquire a small piece of land to build 2 classrooms for teaching and learning of the vulnerable children.
The school compound is very small and we lack a enough facilities to match the growing number of children who join the school each academic Year.
We need support for the following teaching and learning areas.
New Classrooms
Students play ground, games and sport activities, lessons (buy land expand school compound)
Staff room
Dinning shade for students
Female staff, girl's toilets
Dormitories for male female students.
Principal office.
3. School meals (lunch/ breakfast)
Numerous studies show that eating breakfast is essential to children ability to stay healthy, behave at school.
It's also vital to help monitor how well students are doing at school in reaching students with breakfast especially low income students whose families struggle with tight budgets.
This school academic term 2024, our school has innovative breakfast program presenting variety of solutions to increase school breakfast participation.
We plan to serve as an important model for other schools in the district if you support us in reaching low income students with school breakfast this year 2024.
Why school breakfast at school?
The school breakfast program is not only an extremely effective means to reduce hunger among low income students, children, it also improves nutrition, discipline problems in school.
Studies continue to show the effectiveness in expanding breakfast participation in improving students nutrition, health and overall school achievement, creating a win win situation for all.
Basic Fact's school meal's
a) Education.
Eating a healthy breakfast helps to lay the ground work children need to learn.
Numerous studies prove that nutritional status has an impact on cognitive function in school, this enhancing students concentration and quality of school work.
Correspondingly, the amount of 9f time between breakfast consumption and class further impacts the level of academic achievement's.
Children who eat breakfast at school perform better on standardized test than those who skip breakfast.
Providing breakfast at school benefits those student's with long commutes and ensures all students are adequately prepared for school.
b) Nutrition!
Times have changed, since the out break of COVID-19, providing childrena nutritous breakfastat home for most poor households is a very big challenge.(poverty).
