Children In Need Organization engaged Kroobay Community WASH committee to recommend strategic areas in their communities for taps, toilets, and water points that would address the issues of Taps, Toilets, and Clean water. The communities where really desperate thinking that the issues would be addressed immediately, due to their suffering. Cinorg appreciate our donors who are making their support in other to address the challenges these communities are going through.
The Kroobay community chief Pa. Alimamy Kargbo was in attendance and expressed how challenging it is when they're called to nature they're left with no option but to use DHL system.(use black plastics) and throw it away. This is one of the reasons why these communities are prone to so many sicknesses, like malaria, cholera, typhoid, and other communicable diseases.
The Youth Leader also expressed the same and pray that the resources made available to address these challenges.
