We are excited to have completed the training of our senior staff who have graduated as fully trained child and youth care workers. They will be able to supervise , encourage and inspire the staff who are still doing their training.
This has improved the quality of care and stimulation given to the children at the centre. Although we are running at full capacity with not a bed open for more than a few days at a time, the staff, due to their training, are able to concentrate on what is really important to the children's quality of life.
We have also started a fun recreational programme once a week with the preschool children and school children which they are all loving
