At Fundacion Catarsis, we work tirelessly for the mental health of vulnerable populations in El Salvador.
Many people do not have access to quality mental health care, which is why our organization strives to provide quality psychological care at a low cost.
We are grateful to our donor in this campaign. We know that the fundraising process is difficult at first, but we are confident that through GlobalGiving we will achieve our goals.
This time, we raised only $25 USD, and we are immensely grateful for that.
We present the invoices for what we purchased with those funds to meet the needs of psychological sessions for children who are being treated for sexual abuse or whose parents are in prison due to the legal system in El Salvador.
For confidentiality reasons, we cannot include names or photographs, but we transparently present the receipts for what we purchased with those $25 USD for their sessions at our clinic, benefiting 15 children whom we care for at our foundation.
We purchased water to hydrate the children, because the place where we care for them is hot, and paper towels to clean up paint when they do art therapy sessions.
