Happy New Year from all of us at Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation. We want to, in a special way thank you immensely for your kindness and generosity to our project. Thanks for your support which has helped us impact many lives in our community. We do not take your donations for granted at all, it is gratefully appreciated.
We received donations from you through GlobalGiving in support of our cause. Contributions like yours are continuing to make a difference. They are supporting Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundations response efforts and delivering crucial help and hope to people in need amid hostilities, constant stress, and difficult conditions away from home.
We had a very big challenge last year. Our rented apartment where we have our office was knocked down. We are making an effort to purchase hectares of land we can build our multi-purpose Hall.
2019 was like a new starting point in Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian foundation. The emergence of Covid-19 pandemic and the exit (death) of five major stakeholders, "pillars of the foundation" as a result of Covid-19, brought a set back both to us and the beneficiaries of our organization. We have been experiencing challenges in carrying out our mission objectives: financial, Community and organizational sustainability plans. Though the resources to keep this in place are far fetched. We face tough operational obstacles due to stringent Government regulations on forex exchange through its agencies, the central bank of Nigeria(CBN).
The goal of "SUPPORT MULTIPURPOSE HALL CONSTRUCTION IN IMO, NIG (54367)" a project on GlobalGiving is to provide an opportunity in carrying out our mission objectives: financial stability, Community and organizational sustainability plan. Depending solely on external aids at times cannot help us to meet our mission goals, thereby weakens our productivity. lack of equipment and financial constraints have led us into low and unstable investment in agricultural research, Storage Constraints, Farm Inputs Constraints, infrastructural Constraints and marketing Constraints.
Ultra-modern multipurpose hall is a capital-intensive project, a long-term project that requires a huge chunk of money for investment. Relying solely on our little entrepreneurial ventures(social enterprise) cannot help us to maximize our output. stringent government regulations, harsh working conditions.
