Update on the progress report on

By Akaraonye Samuel ifeanyi | Founder/CEO

Distinguished partners, donors, and stakeholders,
We are excited to present to you this quarter’s progress on our transformative project:
“Fund Samony Youth Tech Academy for the RYEN Program.”

This Academy is not just a structure—it is the beating heart of a vision to rebuild Nigeria through its youth. We’re not just talking skill acquisition—we’re creating a tech-empowered generation ready to take on the future.

About the Project

The Samony Youth Tech Academy is a hybrid innovation and empowerment hub that brings together:

Sam Cedar International School (Learning Oasis)

SOHF Global Harmony School (Learning Oasis)

Great Entrepreneurial Skills Actualization Hub (GESA Hub)

It’s the engine room of our Revolutionizing Youth Employment in Nigeria (RYEN) Program.

Our model is simple but powerful:
Equip, empower, elevate.

Major Highlight This Quarter – AI Comes Alive!

This quarter, we made a strategic leap. We partnered with Isidore CompetitivAI Avatar – a digital AI assistant that now powers our Academy. This is a game-changer.

What does this mean?

24/7 digital mentorship and coaching for our students

Personalized learning paths through voice and AI automation

Real-time data for tracking youth performance and optimizing our training delivery

A national model that can scale, adapt, and replicate with precision

We are no longer training youth the old way—we are now building digital natives and smart entrepreneurs.

What We Did This Quarter

1. Structured the Academy as a Social Enterprise

Launched short paid courses in digital skills and entrepreneurship

Designed a reinvestment model: 70% of profits go back to scholarships and Academy growth

2. Curriculum Development & Training

Rolled out AI-powered modules in ICT, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and financial literacy

Focused on real-life skills like: solar tech, baking, tailoring, business pitching

3. Youth Mobilization & Pre-selection

Reached over 500 youth in Imo and Abia States

Shortlisted 150 youth, preparing to begin with a pilot batch of 50

4. Infrastructure Setup

Multi-purpose hall nearing completion—this will serve as the training nucleus

Installed smart systems and digital boards powered by Isidore AI

Our Model Is Built to Last – Here’s How

Social Enterprise Model:
We are not donor-dependent. We generate revenue and reinvest.
This is impact that sustains itself.

Community Integration:
We work with local schools, artisans, cooperatives. It’s our people building our people.

AI Efficiency:
Isidore AI handles digital mentorship, tracking, and learning delivery—cutting costs and boosting scale.

Challenges We’re Tackling

Challenge What We Did

Limited Funds Launched short courses to generate income
Poor Device Access Set up shared digital access hubs
Power Fluctuations Installed solar power backups
AI Skepticism Hosted community awareness sessions

The Bigger Picture – National Replication

Our goal is not to stop in South-East Nigeria.
We’re building a model that can work anywhere in Nigeria.

5 Regional Academies by 2026

5,000 Youth empowered in 36 months

National Dashboard powered by Isidore AI for real-time monitoring

Alignment with UN SDGs

We are driving transformation across:
SDG 1 – No Poverty
 SDG 4 – Quality Education
SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth
 SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure
 SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities

Call to Action

The Samony Youth Tech Academy is real.
The youths are ready. The systems are in place.
What we need now is funding support to scale and reach more lives.

We are calling on:

Donors

Impact investors

Development partners

Corporate sponsors

Let’s join hands and build a digital, skillful, and self-reliant Nigeria—starting from the South-East

Closing Statement

Though we are still at the early stage, the Samony Youth Tech Academy and RYEN Program represent more than hope—they represent action, innovation, and nation-building.

With your partnership,
We will turn potential into productivity, and poverty into prosperity.
