in the village of Miski in Kousseri, Cameroon, about 300 orphaned and abandoned children live in harsh conditions inside the only shelter that provides them with safety. Our project aims to improve their lives and provide a safe and caring environment that guarantees a better future
The current situation in the shelter is dire; the children suffer from severe shortages of food, water, and clothing. The living conditions are inadequate, with children sleeping on the ground, and the lack of basic sanitary facilities increases the risk of disease. Without immediate intervention, these children are at risk of falling into the hands of human traffickers or straying into harmful paths.
We aim to meet the children's basic needs by providing food, clothing, and proper shelter renovations, including necessary furniture. Most importantly, we will build bathrooms and toilets to protect them from diseases. We will also ensure they receive proper education, empowering them to build a future free from poverty and exploitation.
