We’re thrilled to bring you a fresh update from our work on the ground in rural Santiago del Estero—made possible by your unwavering support. The first half of 2025 has been filled with energy, impact, and meaningful connections with our communities.
We started the year by delivering school kits to over 600 children across 22 rural schools. These kits, packed with essential supplies, help ensure that each student can begin the academic year with dignity, motivation, and the tools they need to learn. For families with limited resources, these kits make a real difference—relieving financial stress and reinforcing the importance of education in their children’s lives.
As classes got underway, we launched Literacy and ICT workshops in the schools of El Cerrito, Navarro, Paso de Oscares, and Gaucho de Güemes. These workshops focus on reading, writing, and digital skills, supporting students and teachers alike in strengthening foundational abilities. For many of the children, these are their first encounters with structured technology training—opening a world of possibilities for learning, expression, and future opportunities.
We’ve also been hard at work improving school environments. In Puerta del Monte and Rama Paso, we carried out infrastructure improvements, helping create safer, more welcoming spaces for students and teachers. These improvements are vital in ensuring that education happens in environments that inspire confidence and comfort.
And there’s more to come! As we approach Argentina’s Día de la Bandera on June 20th, we are preparing to deliver new Argentine flags to all 30 rural schools we support. This simple but symbolic gesture allows each school to proudly celebrate national holidays with renewed spirit and identity.
Each of these actions is only possible because of people like you—who believe that children in rural areas deserve the same opportunities as anyone else. Thank you for continuing to walk this path with us. Together, we are shaping futures through education, care, and commitment.
