Facilitating Action for Community Empowerment (FACE) is working tirelessly to support communities affected by the immense hunger crisis in South Sudan, with vital funding from GlobalGiving. Through this support, FACE provides emergency food assistance, nutritional awareness, and community-based resilience activities to ensure vulnerable families, children, and the elderly receive lifesaving help. FACE also collaborates with local leaders to identify urgent needs, distribute food fairly, and promote long-term solutions to food insecurity. The GlobalGiving-funded initiative strengthens hope, restores dignity, and empowers communities to overcome hunger and rebuild their lives with resilience and unity among the Women and the internally displaced persons.

FACE South Sudan has been actively supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and returnees with essential food items, including flour, beans, and cooking oil, generously funded by GlobalGiving. These efforts have brought temporary relief to vulnerable families affected by conflict and displacement. However, the situation on the ground remains dire. Many families are still in urgent need of food, clean water, and basic services.
