Kidney failure is one of the most demanding chronic illnesses, requiring regular dialysis sessions and continuous medical care to sustain life. In Syria, patients suffering from kidney failure face compounded challenges due to weakened healthcare services, high dialysis and medication costs, and limited access to treatment centers—particularly for displaced and low-income families.
In response to this critical situation, Saed Relief and Development implemented a financial assistance project to support kidney failure patients in several Syrian regions. The assistance helped patients cover the costs of dialysis sessions, essential medications, and transportation, enabling them to continue life-saving treatment.
This project directly saved lives by allowing patients to maintain regular dialysis schedules after facing the risk of treatment interruption. The financial support also eased the immense burden on families, offering them reassurance and stability while confronting a life-threatening illness.
We sincerely thank all donors whose generosity made this vital intervention possible. Your support has been a lifeline for patients whose survival depends on ongoing dialysis. As medical needs continue, we kindly urge you to continue donating and to share this report with your family and friends, helping us reach every kidney failure patient in need across Syria.
