In a displacement camp in northern Syria, a young boy named Raad was suffering from severe malnutrition. His small body was growing weaker, and without immediate care, his condition could have become life-threatening.
SEMA’s response team reached him quickly and began providing the treatment and nutritional support he urgently needed.
Because of your generosity, Raad was not left to face this crisis alone.
Over the following weeks, his condition began to improve. He regained strength, responded to treatment, and slowly returned to the healthier, more active child his family had been hoping to see again.
Today, Raad’s recovery is a powerful reflection of what your support makes possible. Your donation became medical care, nourishment, and timely intervention when a vulnerable child needed it most.
But Raad is not the only child facing hunger and illness. Many children across northern Syria are still waiting for the same chance to recover.
