Dear Supporter,
Little Maha entered the world far too soon.
Born prematurely at just 33 weeks, her tiny body was not yet ready for life outside the womb. She needed specialized medical care, close monitoring, and continuous support simply to grow stronger.
Because of your generosity, Maha received the care she urgently needed at one of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria.
Today, her condition has improved significantly. She is growing, gaining strength, and moving toward a healthier future.
For her family, every small improvement meant everything.
For us, Maha is another reminder of the meaning behind the verse:
“And whoever saves one life—it is as if he had saved all of humanity.”
Qur’an 5:32
Your contributions help SEMA provide neonatal intensive care, medicines, medical equipment, and specialized treatment for premature and critically ill newborns whose families could never afford such care on their own.
Maha received her chance. Many other newborns are still waiting for theirs.
Thank you for helping us protect the smallest and most vulnerable lives in northern Syria.
Your generosity can help turn a fragile first breath into the beginning of an entire lifetime.
With heartfelt gratitude,
SEMA
