Dear Beloved Supporter,
A few days ago, Yousef was fighting for every breath.
At only days old, he was in intensive care in northern Syria, battling severe infection and sepsis while depending on respiratory support.
His condition was critical.
His family could do little but wait.
Today, we have good news.
Yousef has begun to improve gradually, and he has passed the most dangerous stage.
He still needs medical care, monitoring, and time to recover fully—but today, there is hope where there was fear.
And you helped make that possible.
Your donations helped keep intensive care, treatment, and lifesaving support available when Yousef needed them most.
Thank you for standing with him when his life was at risk.
But in SEMA’s intensive care units, another newborn is already fighting.
Another mother is waiting beside an incubator.
Another family is praying for one more breath, one more day, one more chance.
Will you help save the next child?
Your gift can help provide emergency intensive care to critically ill newborns and children in Syria.
With deep gratitude,
SEMA
