Thank you for supporting this project, and helping Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) conduct wildlife translocations across Australia.
Your contribution has led to some exciting achievements in 2023, including an historic reintroduction of the Golden Bandicoot to central Australia, and the translocation of 11 Western Quolls from Taronga Zoo, to Mt Gibson, WA.
AWC is a leader in mammal translocations, and utilises a robust science-based approach to reintroducing threatened and locally-extinct species back to their former range. This work is essential in ensuring the longevity of iconic and threatened species - and it cannot be done without you.
An in-depth report of our most recent translocations is attached. I hope that you enjoy the read, and would like to acknowledge that this work has only been made possible through your contribution.
If you would ever like to learn more about the work you have helped to support, or how you can continue supporting in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
