Dear Donors,
Thank you for your concern and support for women seeking safety and dignity across Nigeria. Your compassion gives hope to survivors who have endured abuse and hardship.
Domestic and gender-based violence continues to affect many women who lack money, shelter, or legal support to leave unsafe homes. Some remain with their abusers because they have nowhere else to go. Counseling and legal services are limited in many rural areas, leaving survivors without guidance or protection. This project will provide temporary housing, trauma counseling, and legal assistance to women escaping violence. It will also offer vocational training in tailoring, catering, and small business skills so survivors can earn income and support themselves independently. Community workshops will promote awareness of women’s rights and safe reporting channels.
At present, no donations have been received, and funding is required before shelter and training services can begin. We kindly invite you to support or share this initiative.
With sincere appreciation,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
