Title: Bano Qabil Interview Sessions Conducted in Gujrat to Empower Youth with Digital Skills
Summary
Alkhidmat Foundation successfully conducted interview sessions for the Bano Qabil Program in Gujrat, evaluating candidates on their passion for digital learning and their readiness to build a professional IT career.
Bano Qabil is Alkhidmat’s flagship free IT education initiative, designed to equip youth with in-demand digital skills. This program continues to expand opportunities for young people across Pakistan, enabling them to pursue secure employment and freelancing careers.
Story / Update
The demand for digital skills in Pakistan is growing rapidly, yet many young people—especially from underserved areas—lack access to quality IT education. To bridge this gap, Alkhidmat Foundation organized a full-day interview and assessment session for the Bano Qabil Program in Gujrat.
During the session, candidates were evaluated on:
Their interest in digital and technical skills
Learning potential and adaptability
Motivation to pursue long-term IT careers
Readiness for professional training
The interviews were conducted by trained assessors who engaged with candidates to understand their goals and challenges. Many students expressed a strong desire to learn tech skills such as web development, graphic design, Amazon VA, and freelancing—skills that can unlock local and global income opportunities.
The activity reflects Alkhidmat’s commitment to empowering youth through skill development, helping them build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to Pakistan’s digital future.
