American Aid is committed to transforming the lives of 150 vulnerable orphans in rural Uganda through our "Generosity Builds Hope" initiative. This comprehensive program addresses the critical needs of orphaned children facing extreme poverty, chronic hunger, and limited educational opportunities. With your support, we are providing nutritious meals, education, healthcare, and safe shelter to break cycles of generational poverty and create lasting hope.

The Challenge

Uganda faces a devastating orphan crisis. Over 2.4 million children have lost one or both parents, with 95% living in extreme poverty. Rural orphans face compounded challenges:

• Chronic hunger and malnutrition affecting cognitive development

• Inability to afford school fees, uniforms, and educational supplies

• Limited access to basic healthcare and medical care

• Vulnerability to child labor, exploitation, and abuse

• Lack of safe shelter and family protection

• 80% remain trapped in generational poverty as adults without intervention

These children have no family safety net and face daily survival struggles on the streets and in unsafe conditions.

Our Solution

American Aid provides holistic, comprehensive support for 150 orphans through established partnerships with local organizations and community leaders in rural Uganda. Our "Generosity Builds Hope" initiative ensures each child receives:
