Our next project will focus on the Yezidi victims of ISIS in Iraq. There are an estimated one million Yezidi worldwide and over half are currently living in Iraq, at great risk, with horrific and disturbing stories to share. At 3 Generations we are determined to bring these vital stories to public attention. As we develop new partnerships with Yezidi survivors we will endeavor to bring those stories to you as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile we have continued to spread awareness through stories of genocide and persecution of populations across our social media channels, including our website. We have recently added an interactive map to our website. Now visitors can see the countries where we work and can easily view all the interviews from any given country by topic, for example, the genocide in Rwanda. We encourage you to take a look at the map and accompanying short films as we regularly add new interviews and short videos.
