I’m pleased to share with you an important update from our ongoing initiative: Strengthening Community Dialogues for a Local Peace Resources Network in Syria.

Over the past weeks, Peace Revival Organization has continued to organize inclusive community dialogues aimed at shaping a shared vision for a future rooted in the lived realities, priorities, and challenges of local actors across Syria.

In close collaboration with Sahem for Cooperation and Development, our most recent dialogue session brought together representatives from Syrian civil society organizations, volunteer teams, and grassroots initiatives. Their discussions focused on designing the most effective structure for the Local Peace Resources Network and defining how this network can strengthen community-driven peacebuilding efforts on the ground.

These dialogues are not isolated meetings — they form a collective and participatory process that brings communities together to chart a unified path toward durable peace. Through these ongoing sessions, Peace Revival Organization reaffirms its commitment to supporting a peace effort that is locally led, inclusive, cooperative, and grounded in shared responsibility and community ownership.
