Syrian Peace Resources Network: Voices of Hope

Thanks to your generous support, our work to build a community-led Local Peace Resources Network in Syria continues to grow stronger and more impactful.

Over the past weeks, Peace Revival Organization has been leading an inclusive and collaborative process that brings together local actors—civil society groups, volunteers, and community initiatives—to shape a shared vision for peace rooted in local knowledge, lived experiences, and the real needs of Syrian communities.

During our latest dialogue session, organized in partnership with Homs Capital of Peace Association and Zedad Development Foundation, representatives from across the community gathered to discuss the most effective structure for the emerging network and the vital role it can play in supporting locally driven peacebuilding efforts. Participants shared insights on how a flexible, representative network can connect diverse actors, coordinate initiatives, and strengthen communication channels across different regions.

These sessions are more than meetings—they are part of an ongoing national journey toward building a community-owned peace architecture. Through continuous dialogue, shared understanding, and collective action, we are working to establish a platform that reflects the diversity of Syrian society and empowers local actors to lead positive change.
