We are delighted to share the progress of the "Tablets for Disadvantaged Children" project with you, covering the period from October 2024 to January 2025. Your generous contributions have made a profound impact on the lives of many children and educators, and we are deeply grateful for your support.
During this period, our "Rugby pentru toti" initiative continued to flourish, promoting physical activity and teamwork among children. As part of this program, we were able to provide tablets to nine young participants who excelled academically and athletically during the 2023-2024 school year. These tablets are helping them develop essential digital skills, further enhancing their educational and athletic journeys.
We also extended our support to eight dedicated teachers involved in the "Mini Rugby pentru toti" program by providing them with tablets. These devices are enabling the teachers to integrate technology into their teaching methods, enriching the learning experience for their students.
In late October, we received wonderful news about a digitalization project grant from Ateliere fara frontiere. This six-month project will benefit 20 children aged 12 to 14 from the social protection system in Suceava County. These children, who are under the care of foster parents, extended family members, or unrelated guardians, will receive the necessary tools to create opportunities for personal and professional growth. The computers for this initiative are expected to arrive in Spring 2025, and we are excited about the positive impact this project will have on their lives.
The "Tablets for Disadvantaged Children" project has made significant strides in bridging the digital divide and providing essential educational support to those in need. Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of these achievements, and we cannot thank you enough for your generosity.
