This project will train 3500 underserved girls to make safe, reusable sanitary pads while providing menstrual health education. By improving access to menstrual products and skills, girls regain dignity, stay in school, and build confidence for a healthier future.
Many underserved girls miss school every month because they cannot afford sanitary pads. This leads to shame, poor hygiene, health risks, and high dropout rates. Menstrual stigma and lack of education further limit girls' confidence and opportunities.
We will organize hands-on training where girls learn to produce reusable sanitary pads using locally available materials. Each participant receives menstrual health education and a reusable pad kit, ensuring immediate relief and long-term self-reliance.
Reduce school absenteeism among girls, improve menstrual hygiene and health, build life skills and income-generating opportunities, break menstrual stigma in underserved communities, and promote sustainable, eco-friendly menstrual solutions.
