Update on ‘Electronic teaching aids for disabled children’

(Project #21529 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)

Funding goal $ 4000 / Funds raised to date $ 1,894

Project report due on Nov 30, 2024 / Report sent on Oct 30, 2024

Dear donor,

We are deeply grateful for your generous contribution of $1,894, as against a

projected budget of $ 4000, that has allowed us to purchase and implement electronic teaching aids for children with disabilities. Your support has been instrumental in enhancing educational access and engagement for these children, fostering a more inclusive learning environment.

Future Plans:

Our next steps include purchasing additional aids to reach more children and schools in need,  and conduct regular assessments to measure learning outcomes and adjust our approach as needed.

Your Impact:

This program has a profound effect  by children who have shown increased participation and enthusiasm in their lessons, leading to better retention of information,  Early assessments indicate improvements in literacy and numerical skills among users of the electronic aids, and children are gaining essential digital skills that will serve them in their future education and everyday life.

Looking Ahead:

Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of disabled children, equipping them with tools to succeed academically and socially. Thank you for your commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment. Together, we can continue to empower these children and help them reach their full potential.

Balajothi thanks GlobalGiving for their continuing support to this noble cause by

raising funds from across the globe, even during the pandemic period. We pray

for their safety and well being in their dedicated efforts to bring relief to the

needy and underprivileged community. Thank you GlobalGiving !!
