Update on Electronic teaching aids for Disabled Children

(Project #21529 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)

Funding goal: $4,000 / Funds raised to date: $1,930

Project report due on: June 16, 2026 / Report sent on: May 04, 2026

 Dear Donor:

We are deeply grateful for your generous contribution of $1,930 as against a projected budget of $4,000 that has allowed us to purchase and implement electronic teaching aids for children with disabilities. Your support has been instrumental in enhancing educational access and engagement for these children, fostering a more inclusive learning environment.

 Future Plans:

We are looking forward to purchasing additional aids to reach more children and schools in need and conduct regular assessments to measure learning outcomes and adjust our approach as needed.

 Your Impact:

This program has a profound effect on children who have shown increased participation and enthusiasm in their lessons leading to better retention of information.  Early assessments indicate improvements in literacy and numerical skills among users of the electronic aids and children are gaining essential digital skills that will serve them in their future education and everyday life.

 Looking Ahead:

Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of disabled children, equipping them with tools to succeed academically and socially. Thank you for your commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment. Together, we can continue to empower these children and help them reach their full potential.

We are also excited to inform you that we have purchased a 2400 Sq Ft. land to expand our vision to set up a Children’s Home for our underprivileged disabled children where they will receive training and rehabilitation and can live in safety and dignity for the rest of their lives. You can also see our past reports on GlobalGiving. I hope you enjoy learning about our work and continue to stay engaged with our team.

Once again “Thank you, GlobalGiving !” and Balajothi expresses their heartfelt gratitude for their unwavering support, motivation and guidance for our noble cause. We are excited to announce that we are now on Facebook and Instagram. We would appreciate your support by following, liking and sharing our pages.
