By Balajothi Bangalore | Project Leader

A Project by Balajothi Centre for the Disabled Trust – Project # 21529

Funds required : $2000 : Funds raised till date : $431.51

Due date of Project Report : Oct 3, 2019

Date Report sent : Sep 15, 2019

Balajothi Centre for the Disabled is a registered charitable trust, founded in the year 2004.  It is not a religious trust. Its doors are open to  intellectually challenged children from disadvantaged families, irrespective of religion, caste, creed or community. Parents are encouraged to participate in our programs through songs and prayers of their respective religions.

Balajothi thanks YOU, DONOR, from the bottom of our hearts for your generous giving of $ 431.51 towards purchase of electronic teaching aids for our special children.  We have now over a dozen electronic keyboards, five desktops, 2 Ipads and an electronic tablet. With the help of these teaching aids our intellectually challenged children have greatly improved their learning skills.  They are able to play music notes, learn  the use of numerals in maths exercises, download  their favorite songs and also dance in tune with the music.

We believe the use of these learning aids are playing a big role in their lives, keeping them happy and occupied and bring a great deal of happiness in their lives.  Frankly speaking, we feel that this is the kind of training skills that keeps them going in their otherwise drab lives.  As you are aware intellectually challenged children are not easily accepted by their normal peers and are not deemed to be a part of society.  They live pretty exclusive lives and one thing that helps them to forget their rejection by society is the use of these electronic aids. YOU MADE THIS HAPPEN WITH YOUR GIVING AND WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU.

Our humble request to you is to share this message of happiness  among your family and friends and especially during this period of SPREADING JOY THROUGH GIVING.  You will see the joy reflected on their faces and through their smiles !!

God bless GlobalGiving for their role in taking this message across the globe through our projects on their fundraising platforms.

SHARE MORE JOY AND MORE HAPPINESS WITH YOUR GENEROUS GIVING !!
