Art Therapy Activity

By Catharine Gong | Project Director

In the past three months, we have been working on designing the 4th edition of picture book on puberty health. The theme of this picture book is School Bullying and the picture book is planed to be printed out in late October. We also organized an art therapy activity, called Colored Plasticene Zoo, for 40 grade 3 students in Tangwan Migrant school. This activity is to facilitate each student to make his/her favorite animal and least favorite animal to form a zoo. Then ask the students to image if they were their favorite animals living in the zoo with their least favorite animals, what they would do to get well along with their least favorite animals. This activity was held on the afternoon of September 22nd, 2023, 14 volunteers came to Tangwan Migrant School to facilitate the activity. The students happily completed their colored plasticene work and communicated with volunteers.
