Teens Unite Activity Stay 2016

By Hannah Martin | Brand and Communications Coordinator

Day One 2015
Day One 2015

The planning stages of Teens Unite's Activity Stay 2016 are now underway following the success of Teens Unite's Activity Stay in 2015 and the continuous donations we are receiving from supporters on Global Giving. In fact, this year, we are also holding a Reunion Week for those that have been on a previous Activity Stay to bring friends back together once again for another unforgettable week.

As always, the timetable for 2016 is packed full of activities for the young people fighting cancer to look forward. We are implementing some new workshops and activities including kayaking and raft building, whilst still sticking with some firm favourites including a sports workshop with Olympic athlete Jade Johnson, pizza making and a cartoon workshop with renowned illustrator, Neil Kerber.

The young people are really looking forward to the week, as are we.

Just to remind you of how important your donations are and how much of a difference you will be making to a young person fighting cancer, we wanted to share this quote with you from a parent, following a previous Activity Stay:

"I just wanted to send my heart felt thanks to Teens Unite. Matthew had the most amazing week with you all and the hopes I had for him were exceeded beyond belief. He has truly returned a more motivated, determined and happy boy and I can't thank you all enough for your care and support."
