The Club of Dreams program aims to offer scholarships for young people and low -income young children, talented in different areas, opening opportunities to develop leadership capable of generating transformation using their potentialized skills. Our focus is on forming young social-emotional-emotional strengthened talents, well prepared academically and supported by ethical values.
Distancing between opportunities for low -income students from those most favored reveals that dropout, repetition and lack of qualification correspond to 25% of the poorest in the country. Despite all the economic adversity that low -income students face it is possible to observe that some of them, with greater determination, can overcome this picture.
The project offers scholarships, sponsored by donations, to those interested who are approved in the selection process. In this process the student's family also participates and undertakes to contribute to the student's development activities. The selection process comprises the assessment questionnaires of the socio -economic profile, orientative lectures and individual interviews. The selection is made based on the synergy of the interested party with the values and purpose of the project.
The project identifies and selects apprentices preparing them to develop their life projects and, as part of the process, join the best universities in Brazil and the world as global citizens, ready to build creative, innovative, impactful suits and solutions. These students like to learn and challenges, they want to go deeper into the articulation of knowledge, sharing them and multiplying opportunities.
