Project Progress Report - January 2026

By YAMILIN RIVERA SANTIAGO | DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT

Over the past months,  The Impossible Poster has continued to inspire students, educators, and community members across Puerto Rico to imagine new futures rooted in dignity, creativity, and social justice. Through school visits, community workshops, and public installations, the project has reached hundreds of people—many for the first time engaging with visual tools that connect personal dreams with collective action. Your support has allowed us to expand access, strengthen educational materials, and deepen the project’s impact in underserved communities.

Why this matters

Puerto Rico continues to face overlapping challenges: economic uncertainty, migration, climate vulnerability, and limited access to creative educational resources. The Impossible Poster offers:

  • A low-cost, high-impact educational tool

  • A safe space for young people to articulate hopes and fears

  • A framework for linking imagination with civic engagement

Participants consistently report feeling more motivated to pursue their studies, collaborate with peers, and believe their ideas matter.

Your support makes imagination possible even when resources are scarce. Every poster printed and every conversation sparked is a reminder that young people in Puerto Rico deserve tools that help them see themselves as creators of change—not just survivors of crisis.

On behalf of our entire team and the communities we serve: thank you for believing in the power of creativity, education, and collective dreaming.

With gratitude,
TALLER SALUD Team
