Dear friends! We are very grateful to you for your support of our project!
The war in Ukraine is already in its second year. This is a big test for Ukrainians. These tests pose more and more new challenges for our organization. Why did we decide to hold an international festival of patriotic songs of blind poets and composers?
The song is a spiritual treasure of the Ukrainian people, which unites, erases borders and tells the world about the greatness of our country, its heroism and perseverance. Our Motherland is passing the exam for the right to be free and independent. And it is very important to show the world the unity, dignity and indomitability of our people through art, songs and poetry.
The purpose of the festival: a creative association of talented blind poets and performers of original patriotic songs around the national Ukrainian culture and the idea of victory for Ukraine in the name of peace, interaction and mutual understanding of all people, creating a positive mood. the image of Ukrainians with disabilities as creative and self-sufficient people.
During the festival, more than 60 participants will be invited to present their creativity, exchange experiences, attend master classes to improve their skills and raise funds for the rehabilitation of military personnel who lost their sight during the war.
More than 50 project participants demonstrated their creativity about the courage of the Ukrainian people in the war against Russian aggression.
As a result of the charity fundraising at the festival, we were able to donate money and equipment to the organization “Generation of Successful Actions” to conduct rehabilitation courses for military personnel who lost their sight during the war. This organization has already conducted 3 rehabilitation courses, in which more than 30 wounded soldiers took part.
The final concert of the festival was broadcast in Ukraine on the Internet radio "Homer".
We plan to continue raising funds to create conditions in Ukraine for the rehabilitation of people who lost their sight during\ the war.
We are preparing for publication 4 collections of poems and songs from festival participants to organize an auction in support of organizing conditions for the rehabilitation of blind soldiers.
