The past few months our unwavering commitment to relieving suffering, providing essential support, and empowering the flood-stricken community of Thessaly has translated into truly meaningful actions.
Thanks to your valuable support, our team has been able to effectively address the diverse needs of the population we support in Thessaly, in the best possible way.
International Women's Day served as a powerful occasion to recognize the strength of Thessaly's women and advocate for their self-care. We specifically acknowledged their immense efforts and personal sacrifices following the catastrophic floods, where their own needs were often overlooked. In this particular action in Mouzaki, we were able to offer them toiletries and hygiene items as gifts. Moreover our beneficiaries participated in interactive discussions that focused on female empowerment.
During the Easter holiday, we brought food supplies, essential resources, and festive treats to flood-affected individuals in the Municipalities of Trikala, Mouzaki, and Palamas offering much-needed moments of relief and joy. Simultaneously, our team's social scientists offered crucial psychosocial support, fostering trust and meticulously recording the community's evolving needs.
Together, we’ll keep making a positive difference in these communities and beyond!
