After the winter break, the COPIF program resumed its activities with renewed energy and a full agenda of meaningful gatherings for the well-being and development of women, girls, and boys. One of the most notable moments was the fair managed by the women in the program, a space for exchange, learning, and autonomy that continues to grow and strengthen the community.
Among our initiatives, we highlight “Parenting in a Circle”, where we talk about early bonding, parenting, and topics such as pregnancy, postpartum, and the importance of play in the early years. We also offer “Playing is Caring”, a space for women to discuss early childhood development and parenting, and for children aged 1 to 5 to enjoy activities full of creativity, movement, storytelling, and colors that nurture their growth.
Activities have included community cooking —such as preparing delicious orange cookies— painting, games, and reading stories, all of which strengthen the bonds among participants.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports COPIF. Your commitment makes it possible for these spaces to continue transforming lives and weaving community.
