Dear Friends,
As the summer comes to a close and we transition into the season of autumn vegetables, we are thrilled to share an update on the Tomato Express project. This initiative has continued to bridge the gap between farmers and families, ensuring that nutritious, fresh produce reaches those who need it most. By rescuing tomatoes and other vegetables that would otherwise go to waste due to their size or shape, we have not only supported farmers but also provided essential nutrients to families at an affordable price.
Looking ahead, sustainability will be a key focus for Crete For Life. We are committed to expanding our efforts to reduce food waste and promote access to healthy, locally-sourced produce for all. Thank you for your continued support in making a tangible difference in both our community and the environment.
Together, we are building a healthier, more sustainable future.
Warm Regards,
Crete For Life Team
