Dear Donors,
Thank you for supporting this project to train 50 rural girls in hospital management skills in Nigeria. Your support helps young women gain practical experience and build careers in healthcare administration.
Many girls in rural communities cannot access training in hospital management due to financial constraints and lack of local programs. This limits their career options and contributes to administrative gaps in hospitals, affecting patient care and service delivery.
This project provides hands-on training in patient intake, record keeping, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks. Each participant receives learning materials, mentorship, and practical experience in hospital settings, equipping them to perform vital administrative roles and increase employability in the health sector.
Over time, these trained girls will strengthen hospital efficiency, improve record accuracy, and enhance patient services. The project also opens pathways for further career advancement, inspires other young women to enter healthcare, and contributes to a more organized, effective healthcare system in rural Nigeria.
At this stage, the donations received are not sufficient to launch the project. However, we remain hopeful that with donor support, we can begin training and create opportunities for these girls to build meaningful careers in healthcare.
