Many rural health facilities in Ghana lack skilled nurses and midwives. This project trains healthcare professionals in essential medical skills, maternal care, and emergency response. By improving their knowledge and capabilities, we strengthen healthcare delivery, reduce maternal and child mortality, and ensure better care for vulnerable communities.
Rural health facilities often lack trained nurses and midwives. This leads to inadequate maternal and child care, delayed emergency response, and poor healthcare outcomes for vulnerable populations.
The project provides comprehensive training in maternal care, child health, emergency response, and patient care skills. Trained nurses and midwives can deliver higher quality care, reduce preventable deaths, and educate communities on health practices.
Communities will have access to skilled healthcare professionals. Maternal and child mortality rates will decline. Knowledgeable nurses and midwives will strengthen the healthcare system, improving health outcomes for generations.
