The project is aimed at developing young organizations and initiatives aimed at restoring Ukraine's potential. We train volunteers across the country to develop young civil society organizations. It is an environment for creating social projects, where they can gain unique theoretical and practical knowledge of the work of non-profit organizations, internships with mentoring support, and financial resources that will accelerate their development.
With the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 12 times more registrations of charitable organizations were recorded in 2022 compared to 2021. This growth was a response to the urgent needs of Ukrainians, which were successfully closed. Currently, there are more than 15 thousand charitable organizations in Ukraine, but often their activities are carried out without long-term planning and strategic work.
The project aims to activate and ensure the sustainability of civil society by developing and supporting young NGOs and initiatives that respond to the challenges of the war in the country and support our common mission to save lives and provide rapid assistance to those in need.
We want to scale up our activities and invite more young organizations to train, and engage more professional lecturers, mentors, and experts. In the long term, we aim to expand our reach and provide financial support for the implementation of their own projects to young nonprofit organizations that have proven themselves during the training.
