Goodbye to the OLD, Hello to the NEW

Time often goes faster than we realize, and here we are, standing in 2025, feeling filled with hope, new dreams, and a desire to grow and evolve! But, before we set our sights on the future, let’s take a moment to see the incredible work that Amun Shea unfolded in the final months of 2024. In November, we saw something truly special: a graduation celebration that radiated joy and pride. The kindergarten graduates shined with excitement, the ninth graders beamed with pride, and the high schoolers dazzled with elegance on a day that marked an unforgettable milestone. We are so proud of them as well as the dedicated supporters who make this come true. We celebrated not just their achievements, but their dedication, discipline, and commitment, qualities that will become the foundation for their success in the future.

And if that weren´t exciting enough, we have more exciting news to share: Amún Shéa students achieved a SUPERIOR score on the AVANZO test in all subjects. AVANZO is a national assessment taken by all second-year secondary students (high school) in El Salvador. This assessment provides information on students’ skill development, vocational interests, and work competencies. Notably, the national average score on this assessment has been disappointingly low. That´s why we want to congratulate Angie, Digna, their families, and the Amún Shéa teachers for this incredible achievement. We are so proud of these students and elated to see them reaching their objectives. We can´t wait to see what is in store for this new year!
