Dear Donors,
Thank you for supporting this project to transform the education of 1,500 girls in Nigeria through vocational skills. Your support helps girls stay in school while gaining practical skills that open doors to income and independence.
Millions of girls in rural Nigeria drop out of school early due to poverty, child marriage, or pressure to work. Without education or practical training, they face unemployment and remain trapped in cycles of hardship. Traditional schooling alone does not provide skills to earn a living, while training alone does not guarantee continued education. This gap leaves girls vulnerable to early marriage and poverty.
This project combines classroom learning with vocational training in areas like tailoring, mechanics, ICT, and catering. Each girl receives tools, materials, and mentorship, enabling her to stay in school, graduate with marketable skills, and begin small income-generating activities. By integrating education with practical skills, the program gives girls a clear path to self-reliance and a brighter future.
No donations have been received yet to start the project, but we remain hopeful that with donor support, we can prevent more girls from dropping out and empower them to succeed.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
