It’s with great joy that we bring to our donors the start of implementation of the User and Family Development Track in 2023. Throughout our 20 years of experience supporting people in social vulnerability to enter and remain the labor market, we learned and will train people with the goal of achieving their autonomy, to fight hunger and poverty.
The User and Family Development Track is the result of an atentive listening process and trials with differente groups of beneficiaries(apprentices, interns, young people in compliance with socioeducational measures, homeless people, elderly, LGBT+, people with disabilities and all vulnerable audiences we have worked with during these 20 years. And one of the main learnings about achieving autonomy and success in generating income, is that we need to involve and embrace their families through the process.
But we can only achieve this with a diversity of partners and resources to create strong alliances in each city where we are present. By joining public authorities, companies, civil society and individuals like you, the whole society can do part of the development of people for life and work.
I invite you to read from our beneficiaries and partners voices to feel what we can do together.
Enjoy the reading of our latest Connection and I hope to see your donation soon!
Best,
