Transforming The Lives of Children in Cartagena

Dear Donors,

We are delighted to present you with our Charity's activities for the last quarter. We take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support and belief in our mission. Here's what we've been up to:

• School Kit Distribution: With the help of Cartagena’s food bank, we were able to distribute school kits to our beneficiaries, encouraging them to pursue their academic endeavors. We believe that education is the key to overcoming poverty and continue to work tirelessly to reinforce their learning and contribute to their overall formation.

• Mother's Day Celebration: We celebrated this special day by creating small handmade gifts, crafted by our little ones for their mothers. We honored the strong, loving, and courageous mothers and thanked them for their immense contributions to our community.

• Academic Support: We are pleased to contribute to the comprehensive development of our beneficiaries. We continuously implement strategies to support their schooling, always using play and creativity to facilitate learning. We are investing in their present, knowing the significant impact it will have on their future and society as a whole.

• Library Visits: In association with San Juan de Dios Library, we arranged a cultural and literary tour for our children, enhancing their interest in reading. We strongly believe in the power of reading to think, imagine, and dream big, aiming for a better future for our beneficiaries.

• Breakfast Club: Year to date, we have delivered 4,200 servings of food to our beneficiaries, contributing to their nutritional well-being. This has been made possible thanks to partnership and that of Juridicaribe S.A.S, Cartagena’s food bank, and other helping hands.

• Artistic Expression: Through our RecreArte strategy, we have held several workshops (16 in total) in arts and crafts, stimulating our children's imagination and strengthening their creativity. We arranged a unique cooking session where our little chefs could create their own hats and prepare delicious fruit recipes according to their preferences and imagination.

We continue to strive for memorable moments in our beneficiaries' lives, always encouraged by our fantastic team of coordinators, child advocates, and volunteers.
