At the end of last year, we got the certification Great Place To Work (GPTW) for the second consecutive time. This the result of answers from Sitawi’s employees, who assess our organizational culture.
The satisfaction rate was 86% in 2022. The trust between the more than 80 employees and the organization is what makes Sitawi a great place to work. We stood out in the “Camaraderie” dimension, with a score of 92. This aspect concerns the feeling of companionship in the work environment when assessing the quality of proximity, hospitality and community within the organization.
We have reached the number of 87 people working for positive impact at Sitawi. The GPTW certification is important to reinforce our culture, which is based in confidence and high performance. It also shows people's admiration and recognition of the positive organizational environment. Employees are always involved in building a welcoming and inspiring workplace.
