Hi everyone! find attached our latest report.
Thank you so much for your support!
Transition house
Jonas was able to enroll in a
wonderful daycare this month,
where he spends his afternoons
building socialization skills with
other children. In the mornings,
Coralia is intentionally working
with him on connection and
whole-child development.
Mentoring
Several girls participated in a
three-day artisan and
leadership training in Jarabacoa
focused on personal and
practical growth. A highlight was
two girls spending meaningful
one-on-one time with their
mentors, strengthening
relationships and encouraging
growth.
Group home Activities
This month, there was a strong
focus in the girls’ home on financial
literacy and understanding healthy
power dynamics in relationships.
The girls engaged in conversations
about managing money,
distinguishing needs versus wants,
and building wise habits for the
future.
Institutional
We held our annual General
Assembly this month, a
required board meeting to
maintain our nonprofit status.
It was a meaningful time to
reflect on all that La Senda has
accomplished over the past
year.
Thank you!
