After several months of inactivity, the mobile library is once again running and hosting reading sessions in schools in the Houndé, Burkina Faso area. The mobile library plays a crucial role in promoting literacy and education in rural communities. Traveling to various schools, it provides access to a wide range of books, educational resources, and reading materials that may otherwise be unavailable to residents. The library engages local children and adults to foster a culture of learning. By bringing books directly to people’s doorsteps, the mobile library helps bridge the gap in access to education, particularly in remote areas where traditional libraries are scarce.
