We are pleased to share our quarterly report with you, highlighting the progress made in our climate action project in Southeast Nigeria (54616). Your support has been instrumental in empowering youths to take action against climate change.
_Goals and Objectives_
Our goal is to mitigate the effects of climate change in Southeast Nigeria by:
- Planting 10,000 trees in the next year
- Training 500 youths in climate advocacy
- Supporting 20 environmental projects in local communities
- Advocating for climate policies in the region
_Story of Beneficiaries_
One of our beneficiaries, Chukwuemeka, was struggling with mental health issues due to the impact of climate change on his community. Our training program empowered him to become a climate advocate, and he now leads a team of youths in tree-planting initiatives.
_Achievements_
- Planted 25 trees in the past quarter
- Trained 15 youths in climate advocacy
- Supported 5 environmental projects in local communities
- Working towards Partnership with local government to develop climate policies
_Challenges_
- Limited resources for tree planting and maintenance
- Mental health challenges among youths due to climate change
- Inadequate government support for climate initiatives

Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation, through its social enterprise, is working towards establishing:
- Samony SolaraTech Innovations (renewable energy solutions)
- Samony GreenPack Solutions (eco-friendly packaging alternatives)
- Samony BioEcoTech Solutions (biotechnology for environmental conservation)
- Samony Sunrise Agriculture Crop production (sustainable agriculture practices)
These initiatives will create jobs, promote sustainability, and support our climate action efforts.
