Dear All Friends,
Greetings from Leyte. We have already installed a total of 12 communal hand-wash in schools. The hand-wash is made of steel pipes with micro-holes and a water control valve. In one use, 16 students can use it. Our main problem is that the students (pupils) play with the hand-wash equipment, use it as swing or climb to it and it is easily broken or bent. Our strategy now is to go to the parents and discuss with them the importance of the hand-wash and to guide their children not to play with it. Our explanation is focused on the problem of water-borne sickness caused by not washing the hands that may affect their children. We will closely monitor this new strategy and I think that this is one of the solutions to the full utilization of the hand-wash.
May I implore you to continue supporting this initiative. Our link is,

Very sincerely yours,
Cora
