Ukraine: Help Orphans Affected by War

'A fighting chance for a hopeful future'

Dear friends, we are happy to report how your donation benefitted Ukrainian children living in care. With your support, we have:

purchased tableware for an orphanage that cares for more than 100 severely disabled children,
helped repair the roof of the orphanage's outdoor sitting area to provide shelter from sun or rain,
purchased renovation materials for a specialised educational institution in Zhytomyr Oblast to help keep its premises in a good and safe condition for the pupils.

The total help provided is UAH 85531 (USD 2923.65).

One of our donors was motivated to support Ukrainian orphans 'to give them a fighting chance for a hopeful future'. We are certain these words resonate with many wonderful individuals who chose to support our project. In Ukraine, children in specialised institutions study and live in poor and dismal conditions; it is heartbreaking to realise how much better their lives could have been if they'd had adequate support from the state. As a charity, we do what we can, and we can't thank you enough for being there for Ukrainian children in care.
