During the reporting period from April to August 2026, Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) continued efforts to strengthen the capacity of teachers in Juba through access to practical teaching and learning resources, professional development opportunities, and digital educational content.

A significant development during this period was the establishment of an Academic Repository on EFSS's The ClarityDesk website. The repository was launched on 16 June 2026 to provide teachers, learners, and other education stakeholders with convenient access to past examination papers, academic pamphlets, and other educational resources that can support improved assessment practices and classroom learning outcomes.

Since its launch, the repository has recorded more than 100 downloads, demonstrating early demand for accessible digital teaching and learning materials. Teachers within the EFSS network and other users can view materials online or download them for use in lesson preparation, revision, assessment development, and classroom instruction.

The repository is expected to become an increasingly valuable component of EFSS's teacher-support approach as more educational documents are collected, digitised, organised, and uploaded. This initiative complements teacher capacity-building activities by ensuring that teachers have access not only to training but also to practical resources that they can apply in their classrooms.

Overall, progress during the reporting period demonstrates EFSS's continued commitment to supporting teachers and contributing to improved quality of education in Juba.

The repository can be accessed online through the The ClarityDesk website:
