By Zachery Onyango | Project Leader
Dear Donor,
Thanks to your generosity, we continue paying attention to the difficult circumstances in which many communities are responding to Ebola.
In parts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, conflict, insecurity, displacement, and limited access to basic services can make it harder for families to obtain healthcare, hygiene supplies, food, and reliable information.
These challenges can also make surveillance and contact tracing more difficult.
WHO reports that these humanitarian conditions continue to hamper case finding, contact tracing, infection prevention and control, and timely access to appropriate care.
Our community-focused approach therefore recognizes that effective disease prevention must consider the practical realities families face.
Your support helps ensure that vulnerable communities remain included in preparedness and response efforts rather than being left behind.
